We have surveyed all our homes and are working on a programme of improvements to meet and sustain the Assembly’s Welsh Housing Quality Standard. These include upgrading kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors etc. We are also improving the insulation of our homes to make them warmer, more energy efficient and cheaper to live in.
 
We also want to ensure we achieve broader regeneration objectives in addition to these improvements, to support the creation of better neighbourhoods and stronger communities.

Repairing your home is very important to us. When a repair is needed we want to do it quickly. Some repairs are our responsibility and some are your responsibility – see a detailed list in your Tenants Handbook or under the Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs) Section of the Website. We deal with repairs according to their urgency and your needs. Emergency repairs are dealt with within 24 hours, urgent repairs within 7 days and all other repairs within 28 days.
 
Telling us a repair is needed
If something needs to be repaired, let us know as soon as you can and please give us the following information:
  • Your name, address and contact number.
  • What you think needs to be done, giving as many details as possible.
  • When somebody will be at home to allow the repair or inspection to be carried out.
