Involving people in what we do

We believe in providing our tenants with a better quality of life by improving the community in which they live. We want our tenants to be part of healthy, happy and sustainable communities. We are committed to engaging with the community in order to build on relationships amongst residents, and improving the facilities and services available. We have held community fun days, sporting events and road shows. Our Residents Panel meets every 2 months to discuss housing services and ways if improving services.  We consult with the Panel on any changes we plan to make to services and take on board the Panel's views.

 

These are groups of local residents who have joined together to benefit their community to discuss local ideas and concerns.  Many of the Residents Associations have developed successful community fun days, BBQ’s, estate clean up days, away days and many other fun activities.
