We support Rural Housing Enablers (RHEs) in 3 counties – Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. These RHEs are working to develop more affordable homes in rural areas, working with communities, landowners, planning officers, housing associations and private developers to identify possible development sites. They also keep communities informed and involved through the development process and raise awareness of affordable housing issues at a local level
We are also working closely with our partner housing associations (Bro Myrddin, Family and Grwp Gwalia) in Gorwel, a consortium set up to make the most of the resources available and to create the best quality affordable homes.
